Dermatology
Profile滋賀医科大学皮膚科学講座、専攻医5年目/助教の生野泰彬と申します。「きさらぎ塾」では「びわ湖の人」と覚えていただき光栄です。 解剖学講座・金田勇人先生のご指導の下、組織幹細胞老化に共通する分子メカニズムとその個体老化への影響を研究してきました。具体的には、幹細胞老化のin vivo評価法の確立、組織幹細胞老化に共通するメカニズムとしてのLef1–Srsf3–microRNA軸を介したDNA損傷応答障害（コンピテンス喪失）の解明、および幹細胞早老化モデルマウスにおける遠隔臓器への老化促進作用の発見などの成果を挙げています（Y Ikuno et al., Cell Death & Disease, 2026 など）。 現在はこの流れを発展させ、「細胞コンピテンス」という概念を軸に、老化した細胞が外界ストレスに適切に応答する能力(コンピテンス)を失うことが老化関連疾患の病態に果たす役割を包括的に論じる総説を準備しています（Y Ikuno*(corr) et al., manuscript in preparation）。 さらに以下のサブプロジェクトにも取り組んでいます： • 加齢に伴う男性型脱毛症の進行メカニズムと創薬ターゲットの提案（Y Ikuno* et al., Inflammation and Regeneration, 2026）→この知見をさらに発展させ、加齢に伴う頭皮細胞の男性ホルモン応答性を「コンピテンス」として捉え、その変容をトランスクリプトーム解析で明らかにすることを目指しています（令和8年度資生堂寄付）。 • 加齢に伴う末梢ステロイドdysregulationと皮膚老化（Y Ikuno* et al., manuscript in preparation） • ロイヤルゼリーによる様々な組織幹細胞老化への作用の解明（Y Kande†, Y Ikuno†(equally contributed) et al., npj Aging, 2026） • 皮膚疾患の病態解析に基づく基礎寄りの臨床研究（Y Ikuno* et al., British Journal of Dermatology, 2026） 指導にも力を入れており、基礎研究よりの内容として（H Shintani, Y Ikuno* et al., Experimental Dermatology, 2025）（H Goto, Y Ikuno* et al., Journal of Dermatological Science, 2026）などの論文発表にも携わっています。 「生理的な個体老化」の解明と、男性型脱毛症の進行抑制に資する治療法の提案を目指し、今後とも精進してまいります。 P.S. きさらぎ塾が大好きです。2027年度出没予定なのでどうかよろしくお願いいたします。Contact Pointyassanbelle.shiga-med.ac.jp
